Draft REVISED GOVERNING DOCUMENTS and INFORMATIONAL MEETING
Electronic versions of the draft revised Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, CC&Rs, Maintenence Matrix, and Change Summary are available for members to view, download, and print for review.
Hard copies of these documents can be requested by contacting Tiffany Capedeville at tiffany@summithoa.net or calling (707) 660-8283 ext 1 for details with cost and delivery.
The Board will also hold a video conference via Zoom for a Member Informational Meeting on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 6:00 PM. The Board members and legal counsel will be in attendance to answer any questions you may have.

Hello Cheyenne Residents:
If you see any problems in the areas along Whispering Ridge such as irrigation leaks, landscaping issues, problems with the retention basin on Elderberry Loop, or along the Fire Access Easement (the trail between Cheyenne and the hills), contact The City of Vacaville Public Works Department (707) 469-6500 to report.
These areas are actually property of the City of Vacaville and not maintained by the Cheyenne HOA.
